Digital Services
All services provided by Hodify LLC are digital and custom in nature. Once work has started on a project, refunds are generally not available due to the time and resources invested.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started, or
- A payment was made in error
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins by contacting us. If work has already started, cancellation may not result in a refund.
Disputes
